Refunds

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at support@klinically.net with your account email address and order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Free trial

Klinically offers a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will activate.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
