Which types of businesses are supported?

Which countries are supported?

Klinically currently supports businesses in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Content and tone are tailored to your specific market — Australian businesses get references to local regulations, Australian spelling, and region-specific events like EOFY or Melbourne Cup. US businesses get content aligned with American English and local market context, while UK businesses receive British English with relevant local references. You select your country and region during the initial 10-minute setup, and all generated content automatically adapts to your market. Klinically also adjusts for timezone differences when scheduling posts, so your content publishes at optimal local times regardless of which country you operate in. Additional markets are planned for future expansion based on user demand.

Is Klinically built for agencies or individual businesses?

Both. Solo plan is for individual business owners who want hands-off local SEO. Agency plan is for local SEO professionals, freelancers, and small agencies managing multiple client profiles, up to 5 included, with additional profiles at $49/mo each.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no lock-in periods of any kind. You can cancel directly from your billing settings at any time with a single click — no need to contact support or sit through a retention call. If you are on the 30-day free trial, you will not be charged a single dollar unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan. After cancellation, your data including all generated content, analytics, and account settings is retained for 90 days, so you can pick up right where you left off if you decide to come back. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. If you are on a paid plan and cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

I don’t own my Google Business Profile — what do I do?

Ask the owner to grant your Google account "Manager" access in business.google.com. Once you have manager access you can connect normally.

Is the OAuth grant safe?

Yes — we use Google’s official Business Profile API and only request the scopes needed for the features you see in-app. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account security page.

Can I connect multiple businesses?

Yes. Each business in Klinically gets its own Google connection. Use the business switcher (bottom of the sidebar) to add a new business, then connect its profile separately.

Connecting your Google Business Profile

A two-minute walkthrough for connecting your Google Business Profile to Klinically — the step that unlocks health audits, post publishing, and review sync.

Step by step

Open Settings → Integrations
Sign in to Klinically and go to Settings. The Integrations tab lists every external connection — Google, Meta, Twilio. Look for the Google Business Profile card.
Click "Connect Google"
You will be redirected to Google to authorise Klinically to read and write to your Business Profile. We only request the scopes needed for posts, health audits, and review sync.
Pick the Google account that owns your profile
Use the Google account that owns or has manager access to the Business Profile. If you use a different login for your business than your personal email, sign in with the business one.
Choose the location to manage
If the connected account manages multiple locations, pick the one you want Klinically to operate on. You can switch later under Settings or add another location on the Multi plan.
Wait for the first audit
Once connected Klinically immediately runs a health audit. You will see a score, grade, and a list of missing fields you can fix in-app — most fixes push back to Google in seconds.
