Agencies: adding a new business

Add a new client business to your agency workspace, switch between businesses, and assign separate Google Business Profile connections.

Step by step

  1. Open the business switcher

    At the bottom of the sidebar, click the current business name. The switcher shows all businesses you manage and your seat allowance.

  2. Add a new business

    Choose "Add a business". Enter the new business name, website, and industry. Each business has independent posts, reviews, and GBP connections.

  3. Connect a separate Google Business Profile

    Each business needs its own GBP authorisation. Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the new profile — Klinically stores connections per business.

  4. Switch context to manage

    The switcher changes the active business for every page. All data — posts, reviews, audits — is scoped to the selected business.
